August 26, 2024 – MDW Associates, an innovative professional services and data analytics solutions provider, is pleased to announce that it’s joint venture created with Vali, Inc., VETTECH LLC, was awarded a $347,709,008 Agency Operations contract in support of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The contract period of performance is from June 2024 to December 2029.
MDW Associates will provide wide-ranging Systems Engineering and Technical Advisory (SETA) support services across the Agency’s enterprise to include MDA Headquarters, Fort Belvoir, VA; Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL; Dahlgren, VA; Schriever Space Force Base, CO; Albuquerque, NM; Hanscom Air Force Base, MA; Indianapolis, IN; and Columbus, OH.
Tasks include:
- Providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in the areas of strategic planning support to include analysis and advice on Missile Defense System (MDS) policy development, program concept development, strategic planning, issue resolution, and decision- making processes
- Developing full life cycle cost estimates, models, and documentation for MDA existing and alternative programs
- Preparing results of risk assessments, test plans, control assessments, corrective action plans
- Provide strategic and operational level support to enable the design, implementation, evaluation and sustainment of an MDA integrated talent development strategy, by utilizing a variety of human capital management and organizational change management best practices
- Supporting requirements analysis, software development, systems operation and maintenance, sustainment, and database administration of MDA business systems
- Executing program funding documents and defending the program offices spend plans, to include program phasing requirements and program schedules
- Providing budget, cost and programmatic support to MDA’s Security Assistance/Foreign Military Sales (SA/FMS) programs
