  1. Program Description MDW may send employment-related communications, including HR notifications, benefits information, onboarding instructions, policy updates, reminders, and other company-related information.
  2. Consent to Receive Messages By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from MDW at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of employment or receipt of services.
  3. Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on communication needs.
  4. Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your text or data plan.
  5. Opt-Out You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. To re-enroll, complete the opt-in process again.
  6. Help For assistance, reply HELP or contact MDW Associates through the support contact provided with the messaging program.
  7. Carrier Disclaimer Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  8. Privacy and Mobile Information Mobile opt-in and consent information will not be shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with MDW Associates applicable privacy policy.
  9. Changes to These Terms MDW may update these Terms & Conditions as necessary. Continued participation in the SMS program after an update is subject to the then-current terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
