MDW’s Tammy Kluesner Awarded NASA Exceptional Public Achievement Award

Huntsville, AL- September 19, 2023: MDW employee Tammy Kluesner received the NASA Exceptional Public Achievement Award on Redstone Arsenal at Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. This prestigious NASA recognition is awarded to non-Government individuals for a significant specific achievement or substantial improvement in operations, efficiency, service, financial savings, science, or technology which contributes to the mission of NASA.

Ms. Kluesner received this award based on her exceptional achievements in establishing and executing the first Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) process led by the TDM Level 2 Program Office for the most expensive and highest visibility space flight project in their portfolio, On-Orbit Servicing, Assembly and Manufacturing 1 (OSAM-1). On receipt of the award, Ms. Kluesner says, “I am deeply honored to receive this award and thank the TDM program office and NASA HQ Leadership for their unwavering support, and special thanks to MDW Associates and the CPSS contract for providing me the opportunity to work at a place as incredible as NASA.”  MDW Vice President Scott Phillips says, “MDW is fortunate to have someone of Tammy’s caliber and character representing us in the TDM program at NASA.
