MDW Begins Supporting NASA

MDW Associates was pleased to welcome its first employees supporting NASA. MDW began work on a subcontract to MTS to create and manage project schedules for NASA/Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) is located on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.  MDW personnel will be integrating individual schedules from various instrument developers (contractors/universities) into one Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and perform various schedule analyses, including critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis, to determine causes (internal and external to project) for project delays.
