MDW Employees Recognized at Missile Defense Agency Award Ceremony

MDW Associates is pleased to acknowledge our employees who were recently recognized at the annual Missile Defense Agency (MDA) awards ceremony held on 16 December 2020. These achievements mark the 10th consecutive year that MDW employees have been selected for demonstrated outstanding service and dedication to the MDA mission.

MDW was fortunate to have several employees nominated for awards throughout the categories of Financial Management, Cost Estimating and Workplace Innovation.  Included in the group of nominees, MDW had individual and team award winners. Ms. Clare Broussard was awarded the Missile Defense Agency Contractor of the Year Honor Roll for her significant contributions and enhanced service to MDA and the Department of Defense. Also nominated in this category was Ms. Danielle Schager. Ms. Schager’s nomination underscores her outstanding support to our MDA customer.

MDA also recognized Ms. Ashley Gaines, Mr. Michael House, and Mr. Ronald Phillips as recipients of the Financial Management Team Award for their exceptional work as part of the Missile Defense Review Cost Estimating Team.

Ms. Broussard, Ms. Schager, Ms. Gaines, Mr. House, and Mr. Phillips consistently demonstrate a high-level of commitment and received this recognition for their exceptional performance.  Their continued efforts proved essential in elevating and enhancing the services of the MDA to the Department of Defense. We are immensely proud of all their outstanding accomplishments and dedicated support to our clientele.
