MDW PARTICIPATES IN THE PULMONARY FIBROSIS FOUNDATION 5K

This past week, MDW employees Tim Slusarczyk and Lee Dixson joined Mark Maguire’s JacMag team at the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation’s 5k at the National Harbor outside Washington, DC.

The organizers have announced that they “have raised more than $115,000 + counting, exceeding our goal of $75,000!”

Pulmonary Fibrosis affects up to 200,000 Americans. This condition makes it increasingly difficult for the brain and other organs to get the oxygen they need.  It is estimated that approximately 40,000 people die each year from PF in the US alone.
