This past November, MDW fielded a team like no other to participate in the MollyK 5K which was founded in 2012 in memory of Mradula “Molly” Kalathia, who passed away from Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF).

Pulmonary Fibrosis affects up to 200,000 Americans. This condition makes it increasingly difficult for the brain and other organs to get the oxygen they need.  It is estimated that approximately 40,000 people die each year from PF in the US alone.
