Ron Raby has joined the firm as Director of NASA Programs

MDW Associates is pleased to announce that Ron Raby has joined the firm as Director of NASA Programs, effective March 16, 2026.

In this role, Ron will provide senior leadership and execution oversight across MDW’s NASA portfolio, supporting disciplined program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and cross functional coordination across NASA Centers and mission partners. Ron’s focus will include strengthening operational rigor, scaling best practices, and ensuring MDW continues to deliver high impact support aligned to NASA mission priorities.

Ron brings extensive experience leading and integrating complex NASA engineering and program teams, including Space Launch System propulsion support across multiple NASA Centers and contractor locations. His background includes spacecraft and payload integration systems engineering, requirements development and verification insight for flight hardware, and long standing expertise in requirements management environments supporting major NASA human spaceflight systems engineering and integration efforts.
