MDW Associates is pleased to announce that Michelle Matthews has joined the firm as Director, Strategic Programs & Special Projects.
In this role, Michelle will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for complex, mission-critical work across the firm’s priority portfolios in support of the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) headquarters and senior leadership organizations. She will serve as a senior point of contact for program execution, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination to ensure disciplined delivery in support of client objectives.
Michelle brings more than a decade of leadership experience managing large-scale, multifaceted initiatives within Department of Defense and interagency environments. Her background spans strategic program management, senior-level engagement, and execution excellence across government-facing portfolios that demand precision, accountability, and mission focus.
