MDW Awarded “Best Place for Working Parents” for the Fourth Consecutive Year  

MDW Associates, LLC (MDW) is honored to be recognized by the Huntsville/ Madison County Chamber of Commerce as a “Best Place for Working Parents” for 2025. This is MDW’s fourth consecutive award since the program’s inaugural competition in 2022. This prestigious designation recognizes MDW’s commitment to supporting working parents through family-friendly policies and business practices.

The Best Place for Working Parents is a growing national network of business leaders proving that family-friendly IS business-friendly. The designation is based on 10 research-backed policies proven to benefit working parents and businesses’ bottom line. The policies include company-paid health care coverage, paid time off, parental leave, nursing benefits, “Best Place” designation, onsite childcare, childcare assistance, backup childcare, flexible hours, and working remotely.
